Yotam Ottolenghi is a cookery writer and chef-patron of the NOPI and Ottolenghi restaurants and delis. He writes a weekly column in the Guardian’s Weekend magazine and a monthly column in The New York Times Magazine. Ottolenghi has written five best-selling cookbooks, Plenty and Plenty More, Ottolenghi: The Cookbook, co-authored with Sami Tamimi, and Jerusalem. NOPI: The Cookbook, co-authored with Ramael Scully. His latest, Sweet, co authored with Helen Goh, was published in September 2017. Ottolenghi has made two Mediterranean Feasts serie  for More 4 along with a BB4 documentary titled Jerusalem on a Plate.
