Vishnu Som

Vishnu Som is the Group Executive Editor, handling International and Strategic Affairs at NDTV. He has been with NDTV for 27+ years, covering a range of landmark national and international events ranging from war, environment, conflict, aviation, natural disasters, WEF Davos and more. He has reported live from Kargil, Afghanistan, Iraq, the 2004 Asian tsunami, the 2001 Bhuj earthquake, the 2011 Japan tsunami and Ukraine in 2022; he anchors the prime-time show Left, Right and Centre at 9pm on NDTV 24x7. He has been honoured with several awards including the Ramnath Goenka Award, Commonwealth Broadcasting Award and has been Editor's Pick at the Global Investigative Journalism Network.
