Tom Segev is among Israel’s best known journalists and historians. Born 1945 in Jerusalem, his weekly column was published for 39 years in Haaretz. Segev’s books, which deal with Israeli history and the Holocaust, have been published in 16 languages. His latest book is A State at Any Cost: The Life of David Ben-Gurion.
