Tarun Khanna is Professor at Harvard Business School and Director of Harvard’s university-wide Mittal Institute for South Asia. His various books, including a 2022 co-edited essay collection, Making Meritocracy, chronicle the creativity exercised by entrepreneurs for societal development, often comparing China, India and the United States. His online course through the edX platform, Entrepreneurship in Emerging Economies, has been taken by three-quarters of a million students in over 200 countries.
