Tarana Husain Khan is a writer and cultural historian. She is the author of the historical fiction, The Begum and the Dastan and writes on Rampur cuisine, culture and oral history. She has contributed to the anthologies Desi Delicacies and Dastarkhwan: Food Writing from South Asia and Diaspora.
