Shyam Saran is a former Foreign Secretary of India and has served as the Chairman of the National Security Advisory Board. He is the author of How India Sees the World. He received the Padma Bhushan in 2011. Currently, he is a Senior Fellow at the Centre for Policy Research in New Delhi.
