Sharmistha Mukherjee

Sharmistha Mukherjee is a classical dancer and choreographer with more than 30 years of performing experience.  She has showcased her art at  prestigious national and international forums in over 40 countries. In 2014, she joined politics and become a national spokesperson of Indian National Congress. In 2021, she quit politics. She has authored a book on her father, Pranab My Father: A Daughter Remembers. She currently runs the Pranab Mukherjee Legacy Foundation.
