Pushpesh Pant is an author-translator, columnist, TV anchor and teacher. His book, India the Cookbook, made it to the New York Times bestseller list in 2010 and has been translated into Dutch and German. His most recent book, The Indian Vegetarian, was published by the Phaidon Press in 2018.
