Prem Jha is a former editor of the Economic Times and the Hindustan Times, who has written on the economy and the environment for the past five decades. He was a member of the energy panel of the World Commission on Environment and Development. He is the author of Dawn of the Solar Age: An End to Global Warming, and to Fear. He is currently a Visiting Fellow at the School For Engineering and Applied Sciences at Harvard University and co-authoring a book on India's transition out of fossil fuels by 2060.
