Parameswaran Iyer is Secretary to the Government of India in the Department of Drinking Water and Sanitation, which oversees the Swachh Bharat Mission and the Jal Jeevan Mission. A former IAS officer, Iyer was Manager for Water in the World Bank in Washington DC. He has 25 years of global sector experience and is the editor of the book The Swachh Bharat Revolution.
