Navdeep Suri is Distinguished Fellow and Director of the Centre for New Economic Diplomacy at ORF. He was earlier India’s High Commissioner to Australia and Ambassador to Egypt and the UAE. His English translations of three classic Punjabi works have been published as The Watchmaker, A Life Incomplete and Khooni Vaisakhi.
