Mukul Sharma is a Delhi-based scholar, writer and development professional, specialising in environment, social, human rights and media. He is Professor, Environmental Studies at Ashoka University. His research interests lie in examining the relations between nature, culture, ideology and politics. He is presently working on Dalit Ecologies and Religion, Sacrality and Environmental Politics.
