Mrinal Pande

Mrinal Pandey was born to eminent Hindi writer Shivani. She is a writer and a journalist and has worked in both print and TV. She writes in English and Hindi. She was the first woman editor of a major multi-edition Hindi daily Hindustan, the first woman Chair of India’s national broadcaster Prasar Bharati, founder President of Indian Women’s Press Corps, a national media body for women in media. She is also a Padma awardee.
