Hoihnu Hauzel

Hoihnu Hauzel, an experienced journalist, covered diverse subjects for major publications before becoming an independent journalist focusing on Northeast India. A Manipur native based in Gurgaon, she received the Reuters International News Writing Fellowship in London. Her book, The Essential Northeast Cookbook, introduces Northeastern cuisine, and she promotes the region through Northeast Odyssey and The NE Stories. Additionally, she founded www.covidtales.org, documenting pandemic stories.
