Geetika Kalha

Geetika Kalha has been an Indian Administrative Service ( IAS) officer for over 30 years and has done pioneering work in revival, interpretation, and dissemination of cultural heritage. With a background in history and culture, she is now a writer and a consultant who specialises in rural tourism, museums and cultural interpretation. As President of the Village Life Improvement Foundation (Vlife), she works to improve health and hygiene in villages and has provided complete wastewater management and sanitation in many villages. Apart from research and writing her passions include birding, travelling and painting.
