David Sandalow

David Sandalow is the Inaugural Fellow at the Center on Global Energy Policy and Director of the Energy and Environment Concentration at the School of International and Public Affairs at Columbia University. He founded and directs the Center’s US-China Program and is author of the Guide to Chinese Climate Policy. He is a Distinguished Visiting Professor in the Schwarzman Scholars Program at Tsinghua University and a Distinguished Research Fellow at the Oxford Institute for Energy Studies. He has led development of roadmaps on low-carbon ammonia, biomass carbon removal, among other topics. He is also a director of Enagás, SA and Fermata Energy and senior advisor to BCG.
