Chandrahas Choudhury is a novelist, essayist and literary critic. He has recently authored My Country Is Literature: Adventures in The Reading Life, a book of essays about writers ranging from Bibhutibhushan Bandyopadhyay to Jawaharlal Nehru. He is also the author of the novels Clouds, Days of My China Dragon, Arzee the Dwarf, and the editor of the anthology India: A Traveller's Literary Companion. He is a graduate of Trinity College, Cambridge, and lives between India and the UK.
