Atima Mankotia received her Master’s in History from St. Stephen’s College where she was awarded the Gold Medal in Ancient Indian History. She worked as an editor for print, publishing and electronic media in well-known media houses for several years and later decided to complete her MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur. She took a sabbatical to write her debut novel Staring at the Square Moon.
