Anthony Sattin

Anthony Sattin is a history and travel writer. Much of his work focuses on the Middle East and North Africa, including three highly acclaimed books of history and travel, and two biographies, A Winter on the Nile and Young Lawrence. His latest book, Nomads, The Wanderers Who Shaped Our World, has been described as ”important, generous and beautifully written” and “a treat for any thoughtful traveller, armchair or otherwise”.
