Anna Katharina Fröhlich

Anna Katharina Fröhlich, born in 1971, grew up in Frankfurt and New Delhi, and lives on Lake Garda in Italy. She has published four novels in German, two of which are set in India: Kream Korner and Rückkehr nach Samthar. Her new book, Die Yacht will be released in March, 2024 . She received several awards, including the Literature Prize of the Association of Arts and Culture of the German Economy. In 2011, Kream Korner was nominated for the Leipzig Book Fair Prize. Fröhlich has translated the work of various authors and works as a lecturer and board member at Adelphi Publishing house in Milan.
