Anit Mukherjee is an Assistant Professor at the S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies at the Nanyang Technological University in Singapore. A former officer in the Indian Army, he has a PhD from Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies, Johns Hopkins University. He is the author of The Absent Dialogue: Politicians, Bureaucrats and the Military in India.
