Amita Baig is the Executive Director of World Monuments Fund, India. She has stewarded conservation and preservation across India for over three decades. She was a core member of the Taj Mahal Conservation Collaborative and over ten years of engagement at the monument resulted in the book, Taj Mahal Multiple Narratives, co-authored with Rahul Mehrotra where they explore its multiple narratives. She has also published Forts and Palaces of India.
