Afshan D'Souza-Lodhi joined the Literature team at British Council as Programme Manager for South Asia in November 2018. She is based in British Council’s Manchester office. Afshan is also a poet and playwright and seeks to support newer and emerging writers. She also sits on the board of Manchester Literature Festival and Pie Radio.
