Sangeeta Datta

Sangeeta Datta is a writer, filmmaker, musician and curator working between India and the UK. Her books on cinema include World Director Series: Shyam Benegal and the co-edited Rituparno Ghosh: Cinema, Gender and Art and Tagore: The World As His Nest. Her filmography includes the award-winning Life Goes On while her new documentary, Bird of Dusk, premieres internationally this summer. She also runs the arts company BAITHAK UK and SD Films.
