BBC World Service: The Arts Hour on Tour at the ZEE Jaipur Literature Festival

Broadcasting live tonight, 22nd January, Durbar Hall, Diggi Palace Hotel

 

We are delighted to announce that BBC World Service will broadcast their very special monthly show, The Arts Hour on Tour from ZEE JLF tonight.

Hosted by Nikki Bedi, it is recorded in front of a live festival audience here at Diggi Palace on Sunday evening.  You can be part of this global broadcast to millions of listeners around the world by registering for one of the 200 audience places.

This special evening will bring together live bands Raghu Dixit and Kabir Café, comedian Aditi Mittal and author Vikram Chandra in a programme jam-packed with music, humour and lively discussion. Nikki will also hear from singer and Bollywood actress Monica Dogra – half of Mumbai-based electronic rock duo Shaa’ir and Func and a judge on The Stage – India’s version of The Voice.

We have 200 audience places for the show which starts at 6.45pm in Durbar Hall. Please register in person with Revathy OR Sangeeta at the Delegate lounge or at the Production Office to save your seat, they are first come first served and we will close registration after 200 places are reserved.
