Priya Seth

Priya Seth is a celebrated cinematographer with almost two decades of experience in Indian films. She has assisted on films like Deepa Mehta’s Earth and Jane Campion’s Holy Smoke.

In 2003, she helmed her first feature as Director of Photography with the much acclaimed indie Barah Aana, and more than a decade later, did her first big budget film, Airlift, for which she received much critical acclaim. She was the DoP on the 2017 feature Chef. She is also the leading underwater cinematographer in India for Hindi movies and commercials and is currently working on a historic series for the web. In her spare time, Seth helps run Ellora Studios, a highly successful multi set studio where many TV shows, films and ads are shot.
